To manufacture a superior quality range of Wind Energy Blade FRP Mold, Composite Parts, FRP Boat and Marine Application, we have established sophisticated infrastructure. This set-up is established in an extensive area of 15000 sq. feet and we are also planning to have a 25000 sq. feet area shop floor at Savli.

This facility is well equipped with advanced machinery and segregated in following units:

• Brookfield viscometer
• Gel timer
• Muffle furnace
• Lasers based measuring equipment

Apart from these, we are also planning to install 5 axis milling machines to manufacture Master Models/Patterns for Composite Industry. Moreover, we also have advanced CAD/CAM facility including solid edge, catia and ansys which enables us to manufacture customized range of products.

We invest a noticeable amount of our capital on research & development activities. The main objective of our research experts is constant product enhancement, inventing cost effective production techniques and innovative product development. Our R&D professionals conduct extensive market surveys and scout the market to collect data regarding latest demands & trends. As per their research and surveys, they provide important important data to our production staff.
